How to use JD1910 Universal Tension Tool |

|

 |
1. Pull a length of SS band from the box;
insert one proper buckle
|
2. Thread the end through
buckle-bridge rolling
aroud the object(s)
|
3. Fold the 2" end of the band with pliers sharply
|

|

|
 |
4. Hold up the gripping
lever; put the band into
the gripping block
|
5. Depress the gripping lever; turn the handle to maximum tension
|
6. Turn the handle back for 1/3 circle; push the Tool to opposite
|
|
|
|
7. Pull the cutting lever; cut off the excess band
|
8. Push down the stub between buckle-ears; hammer ears down
|
9. Complete the band clamping application
|

How to use GJ1908 Clamp Tension Tool |

 |
1. Thread a suitable-diameter preformed SS
clamp
through objects
|
2. Insert the end of the preformed SS clamp into the cutting block
|
3. Turn the clamp tension tool handle to tension
|

|

 |
4. Depress the cutting lever's knift onto the clip
|
5. Pull the cutting lever to cut the remainder
|
6. Complete the preformed SS clamp application
|

How to use QX1006 Light Tension Tool |
|
|
|
1. Pull and cut a length of SS band to suit the clamping
requirement
|
2. Insert a buckle; thread object(s); put strap into
gripping block
|
3. Move up and down ratchet lever to tension the strap
|
|
|
|
4. Push the tool to the opposite
|
5. Pull the cutting lever to cut
the remainder
|
6. Hammer the buckle-ears down; complete clamping application
|
